Part of News Corporation's STAR TV network in Asia, STAR One is India's fourth most popular general entertainment channel, after STAR Plus, Zee TV, and Sony Entertainment Television. In the end of 2007, weekday primetime on STAR One earned higher TRPs than Sony Entertainment Television.
