STAR Utsav is the new free-to-air Hindi general entertainment channel. It shows some of STAR Plus' popular programs. This channel is available in India, also avaivable in Indonesia via Telkomvision. STAR Utsav caters to viewers who have recently entered the fold of cable and satellite television.
